Product Manager – Investment Products (m/f/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin

Team

The Investment & Pension Products tribe is responsible for Raisin’s capital markets-based products. This includes a wide range of solutions, from one of Germany’s largest robo advisors to a Private Equity offer. While our core deposits business helps our customers earn interest with minimal risk, the Investment Products business is about helping customers earn the highest possible return for their risk tolerance. As a Product Manager for the Investment & Pension Products tribe, you will lead a cross-functional team owning one or more products and be a key player in scaling this product line.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be the owner and go-to expert for your product, taking care of it from a 360 degrees perspective, from ideation to delivery, tracking performance and company-level business impact.
  • You deeply understand all aspects of our Investment and Pension product lines and identify opportunities for impact. You will lead their iterative refinement, express clearly their value and success criteria, calling out risks, dependencies and assumptions to qualify.
  • You will help to illuminate the most valuable and feasible roadmap for the next 12 months. You get buy-in and inspire your colleagues to help realize it.
  • You will define transparent quarterly OKRs and plans with your Engineering Lead which have clear value and connection to strategy, ambition and realism, and seek buy-in from your team and stakeholders.  You exhibit accountability for outcomes, not just output.
  • You will collaborate with your engineering, design and cross functional colleagues to build a frictionless experience for our customers.  You have a sufficient grasp of the best practices of these disciplines, such that you can sketch high-level solutions to product problems in software design artifacts.
Your Profile
  • 2+ years of Product Management hands on experience leading a cross functional team on Fintech products.
  • Experience working with complex technical products, i.e. platforms, distributed systems, etc.
  • Experience (as PM, Operations or Business Manager) in Investment products, preferably with a leading European Fintech, investment firm or a Bank’s investment division.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll need to communicate your vision and drive execution on the immediate team and with stakeholders across the company.
Bonus qualifications
  • Software engineering experience, a computer science or engineering degree, or similar technical experience.
  • Experience with Looker or similar analytical tools.
  • Fluency in German.
