The Business Development team is constantly on the hunt for new Partnership opportunities with banks across Europe. Our team consists of the Regional Sales Directors and a manager in charge of Sales Operations who together speak to potential clients, analyses these opportunities and ultimately bring them to one of the Raisin platforms.

As an intern or a working student in the Sales team, you will support the Sales Directors in the preparation of various outreaches, materials and supporting documents that are pivotal in their sales efforts due to the high demand from prospect clients. Additionally, you will work closely with our Sales Operations unit to support in maintaining efficient processes and high quality end results that ultimately drive the sales efforts.

Your Responsibilities
  • You are looking for a 3 to 6 months full-time internship starting in August 2024 or a working student position

  • You are part of the Business Development Sales team where you support a variety of initiatives to grow the Raisin platform

  • Supporting the Sales Directors with the preparation of pitches, NDAs, documentation during client calls and other supporting material in regards to Sales activities

  • Supporting in the preparation of sales campaigns and outreaches

  • Supporting the Business Development team in organising sales related events, specifically getting in touch with venues, keeping track of guests, and supporting with the preparation of event material

  • Supporting Sales Operations with ongoing projects and tasks, which in turn supports the sales team and our overall sales and commercial processes

  • Support with organization of sales team activities, documents, and general processes

  • You will also liaise and cooperate with other teams within Raisin to drive our company mission

Your Profile
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • You study business, finance, economics or any related subject 

  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English (other additional European language is a plus)

  • A basic knowledge about Banking or Finance

  • You are organized, structured, and detail oriented in your work

  • Willing to learn about technical specifics of banking processes and platform business

  • You are a strong team player with a high degree of initiative
