(Junior) Product Manager - Web Team (US Tribe)(m/f/d)

The US is Raisin’s fastest growing market. Our deposit marketplace helps customers and banks to find each other and maximize returns.  As a PM within the US Tribe, you will focus on scaling the growth machine further. 

You will contribute within a cross-functional product team, report to the US Product Tribe Lead, working closely with leaders from Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales and Customer Service as well as Banks and financial institutions in the US . Within the team, you will work closely with the EU based engineering team and drive initiatives that help build on the strong foundations, while aligning with the best practices in the industry. You will help drive the B2C customer experience to make it best in class.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will ensure we all have an ever-deepening understanding of the customer and their problem. 

  • You will lead the iterative refinement of major customer- or business- product problems in your product. 

  • You have experience working in B2C setup and frameworks for defining customer experience.

  • You have experience working with GraphQL/Rest APIs and Product Design to craft industry leading customer products

  • You have run user research projects before to enable and analyze user behavior

  • You will be the go-to expert for your product. Your notion of how company-level business results are influenced by your product is strong.

  • You exhibit accountability for outcomes, not just output.

  • You foster the habit of working with data, and you improve the availability of data.

  • You can demonstrate structured and effective methods for rapid collaborative discovery, including confidence with a number of industry frameworks. You express clearly their value and success criteria, and you call out risks, dependencies and assumptions to qualify.

  • You help to illuminate the most valuable and feasible path for the next 12 months. You qualify with ruthlessness and compassion and find aligned solutions.

  • You will work to preserve both the focus of your team on strategic goals and the buy-in of stakeholders.

  • You foster and actively ensure high engagement, accountability and quality from your colleagues for the contributions expected of them.

  • You establish and maintain high-functioning communication channels between your team and all your stakeholder groups to maximize their and your effectiveness.

Your Profile

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience

  • You are fluent in English

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in banking and finance or two-sided marketplace

  • Experience working in US B2C market.
