Your Responsibilities
As a Banking-as-a-Service Product Manager, you will work in an agile team consisting of business analysts and software engineers as part of a bigger Tribe.
You will be responsible for the following:
Manage your teams’ Sprint Backlog and overall Roadmap (quarterly planning, yearly outlook) in alignment with Customers, Stakeholders, Management, and overall Bank, Product, and IT Strategy
Manage the relationship with our partners with regards to the technical integration and business flows
Identify the most valuable needs of your team and of the overall organization and prioritize accordingly
Communicate with your stakeholder actively, helping them to prioritize and to create transparency on their objectives
Be responsible for the success of our team by working closely together with the Engineering Lead of your team and your engineers and Business Analyst(s)
