Your Responsibilities

As a Banking-as-a-Service Product Manager, you will work in an agile team consisting of business analysts and software engineers as part of a bigger Tribe. 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage your teams’ Sprint Backlog and overall Roadmap (quarterly planning, yearly outlook) in alignment with Customers, Stakeholders, Management, and overall Bank, Product, and IT Strategy

  • Manage the relationship with our partners with regards to the technical integration and business flows

  • Identify the most valuable needs of your team and of the overall organization and prioritize accordingly

  • Communicate with your stakeholder actively, helping them to prioritize and to create transparency on their objectives

  • Be responsible for the success of our team by working closely together with the Engineering Lead of your team and your engineers and Business Analyst(s)

  • Product Domains:

    • Loan products

    • Deposit products and transaction accounts

    • Payments (SEPA, TARGET)

    • ATMs 

    • Factoring

Your Profile
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a product manager or business analyst or similar in banking or FinTech

  • Extensive experience at least one of the above mentioned product domains

  • Strong academics from a university (preferably in a IT-related topic)

  • Experienced working in an agile environment with flat hierarchies with a customer-centric focus

  • Analytical and structured

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks and cloud environments

  • Excellent written and spoken English (German would also be desirable, but not essential)
