As Head of HRBP and Operations, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and strategic leadership of our HRBP team as well as the strategic leadership of our POP team. 
Raisin’s People and Culture team is a centralized function responsible for all P&C activities within the group. The team consists of 5 sub-teams: HRBP, POP, TA, OM, L&D and Analytics and Enabler. 
HRBP and POP are organized in a Matrix structure, with HRBP leading POP and both parties cooperating to support their business partners.
Your Responsibilities
  • Leading HRBP disciplinarily and strategically as well as People Operations (POP) strategically.
  • Strategic partner to the leadership including guidance and mentoring.
  • Sparring with People & Culture (P&C) leadership from Talent Acquisition, Office Management, Learning & Development teams.
  • Defining, initiating and monitoring change processes and projects.
  • Ensuring high standard of all people processes.
  • Overseeing all administrative functions within P&C.
  • Driving automation and digitalization of POP processes.
  • Ensuring state-of-the-art employee relations support.
  • Creating and rolling out of Policies.
Your Profile
  • Leadership experience including cross nationally and functionally.
  • Previous experience working in international and fast-paced environments.
  • Deep knowledge of German labor law as well as good understanding of how to handle international labor law cases.
  • Affinity for tech and digitalization in P&C.
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach to dealing with P&C issues.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem skills.
  • Good communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
