Your Responsibilities

As Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the US team on all matters related to People & Culture. The work involves the implementation of standardized group policies and processes in alignment with Raisin GmbH in Europe as well as creating local adaptations to serve Raisin US needs. To achieve a good mix between standardization and localization, you will be working with the Raisin CEO US, VP People Group, the HRBP team as well as the Workplace and Community Coordinator in the US, who will be reporting to you.

  • Strategic partner to US leadership including guidance and  mentoring

  • Defining and implementing P&C processes in alignment with Raisin Group 

  • Initiating and monitoring change processes and projects in alignment with Raisin Group 

  • Overseeing and running all administrative functions within P&C in the US incl. payroll and benefits

  • Ensuring state-of-the-art employee relations support

  • Adapting and rolling out of P&C Policies to fit Raisin US

  • Organizing and conducting training and supporting the development of employees

Your Profile

This work is very broad, requiring someone who can jump into a variety of different roles. As a growing organization, we can predict that the specific needs and job responsibilities will shift over time and other duties may be assigned. A proactive and flexible mindset will be essential for success, and there are opportunities to work across teams and dig into day-to-day aspects across the organization.

  • Significant HR experience including ideally first leadership experience

  • Knowledge of HR federal & state laws and regulations required

  • Very good communication and senior stakeholder management skills

  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem skills

  • Experience working in international and fast-paced environments

  • Affinity for tech, data and digitalization in P&C

  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach to dealing with P&C issues

  • Experience assisting to rapidly grow and scale teams, preferably in startup environments

  • Experience developing and enhancing strong culture for fully remote and hybrid teams

  • Experience coaching managers (focusing especially on first time managers) to become leaders and culture carriers
