Your Responsibilities
  • Payment Transaction Support: Assist in the capture and approval of SEPA, TARGET, and international payments, gaining practical exposure to the intricacies of payment operations.
  • Liquidity Management Assistance: Contribute to the tech-powered management of liquidity at the Bundesbank (ESMIG), actively participating in the optimization of processes.
  • Customer Account Support: Provide hands-on support in the administration, maintenance, and management of customer accounts, utilizing advanced systems.
  • Complaint Resolution Support: Collaborate on efficiently resolving payment-related complaints through technology-driven solutions, learning customer service best practices.
  • Tech Showcases Participation: Actively engage in annual tests (Bundesbank, SWIFT, etc.) to showcase and enhance your tech proficiency, gaining exposure to compliance and operational excellence.
  • Data-Driven Statistics Assistance: Contribute to the creation and submission of comprehensive payment transaction statistics using technology.
  • Tech Hub Support: Assist as a tech support hub for queries within payments operations, gaining exposure to various tech-related challenges.
  • Innovation Projects Involvement: Collaborate in bank-wide and company-wide projects, actively participating in tech-driven optimization initiatives, contributing fresh insights.
Your Profile
  • Currently studying a bachelors or masters degree in Germany.
  • Passion for fintech and a keen interest in leveraging technology for payment operations.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the desire to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Desire to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with basic tools and platforms related to payment systems is a plus, also experience with database queries (e.g. SQL)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
