We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager to join our team for an initial period of 12 months. Given our growth trajectory, it is likely this will extend into an unlimited contract
We are Raisin Bank AG, a dynamic and innovative bank with a full banking license that acts as a service bank for numerous FinTechs and start-ups. Since 2019, the owner has been Raisin GmbH, which is known and successful under the Weltsparen brand and has been supported by us since the market launch.
With our Banking-as-a-Service model, we enable our partners to implement business models that require a banking license, banking infrastructure and banking expertise. We develop tailor-made products for our clients and help solve regulatory, supervisory, legal and compliance topics.
Raisin Bank has been growing organically and inorganically over the past 4 years. Many growth efforts have led to competitive products, service offers, new customers and commercial growth. Currently, the bank aims at improving its stringent and scalable capability to grow and professionalize internal organization, process and program management.
The organizational unit “Transformation and Change Management“ organizes and facilitates this process and capability building.
