As Group ESG Manager, you will report directly to our CFO and Founder, playing a pivotal role in advancing our organisation's sustainability and responsible investment initiatives.

You will be responsible for development, implementation, and monitoring of ESG strategy across all our business operations at Group level. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with ESG principles, fostering stakeholder engagement, and enhancing our company's reputation as a socially responsible entity.

Your Responsibilities
  • ESG Strategy Development: Lead the development and finetuning of Raisin’s comprehensive ESG strategy aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors under guidance of investor relations, regulators, and community groups, to understand their ESG expectations and concerns.
  • ESG Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG into decision-making processes, risk management frameworks, and product and service development.
  • ESG Reporting and Disclosure: Oversee the preparation and publication of ESG reports, disclosures, and communications to provide transparent and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: double materiality preparation, key performance indicators (KPIs) collation into the reporting deck.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant ESG regulations, guidelines, and frameworks (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GRI, SASB, TCFD) and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • ESG Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate ESG-related risks that may impact business operations, reputation, or financial performance.
  • ESG Education and Training: Provide training and guidance to employees on ESG principles, practices, and their importance to the organisation's sustainability objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and refine ESG strategies and processes based on emerging trends, feedback, and lessons learned.
Your Profile
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and a passion for driving positive social and environmental impact.
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and methodologies, experienced in similar position with first-time implementation project.
  • You feel comfortable in an international environment and see it as a particular challenge to manage cross-border projects — but you impress with your fluent spoken and written English skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate ESG concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related fields, with a focus on strategy development, implementation, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, environmental science, business, finance).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a drive for quality-assurance.
