Team

The Affiliate Marketing team is part of the overall Paid Marketing function in Raisin, with the purpose of acquiring new customers across European markets. The Affiliate Marketing team has 1 Team Lead and 4 Affiliate Marketing Managers... you could be the 5th! 

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner and campaign management to ensure performance-based growth

  • Research and acquisition of new partners as well as strategic brand cooperations

  • Identification of development potentials of the affiliate marketing channel and their roll out in internal or external projects

  • Market research and presentation of the findings

  • Evaluation of established processes in order to find innovation

Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or similar positions

  • Excellent knowledge of affiliation-related topics such as web tracking, remuneration models, affiliate networks, digital business models and marketing trends. Plus, you have at least a general interest in financial topics

  • Good social and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a team

  • Good problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality

  • Great written and verbal English skills, native or comparable German skills
