Team

The Onboarding Team forms part of the Business Development department which is responsible for generating new business and revenue growth with a substantial impact on the overall success of the company. 

The Onboarding Team guides new partner Banks through the last steps of the sales process and manages all aspects of their onboarding to our platform, i.e. contractual, commercial, operational, reporting, and technical. 

As one of the key points of contact for the new partner Banks, we bridge the gap between their requirements and our internal setup or other teams (i.e. Legal, Operations, Product/Engineers) to ensure a successful implementation.

Our international and diverse team will train you to master our tool set and help you develop or acquire the necessary skills.

Your Responsibilities
  • Position yourself as a consultant to the bank, understand the bank’s internal systems and requirements and develop solutions in close collaboration with the client around the onboarding process.

  • Represent Raisin as key contact during the last steps of the sales and onboarding journey in front of the Client while coordinating closely with the respective Business Development Director and the system setup team.

  • Challenge existing processes where appropriate and effectively manage resource allocation – Identify, mobilize, and deliver the right solutions, resources, people and ideas from the entire organization.

  • Develop, prepare, and continuously improve onboarding, sales, and workshop materials and documentation where necessary and document and scale those across the whole organization.

Your Profile
  • Extensive experience in Business Development, Project and/or Program Management.

  • Excellent skills in ppt., xls., Word;

    • Jira and Confluence is a plus.

  • Full professional fluency in English and French with outstanding verbal and written skills

    • German or Italian is a big plus

    • other European languages are advantageous.

  • At least 6 years of prior experience in consulting, FinTech, banking and/or finance-related company or a B2B software company.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, legal, computer science, engineering or any other relevant discipline.
