Your Responsibilities

Manage engineering team to ensure successful of the development of backlog features and on-going technical support of Raisin’s savings marketplace platform.
Review data to identify new strategic business opportunities.
Lead market analysis of customer onboarding funnel to improve overall customer service.
Perform cross-functional alignment with data analytics to enhance new customer enrollment.

Your Profile

Must have Master’s degree with specialization in Business Analytics, or related and one (1)
year of experience as Business Analyst or related.
Must possess experience with product engineering in the financial service and banking industry.
Experience conducting market analysis for international corporate and bank clients to ensure statutory compliance.
Knowledge and practical skills in developing data analytics solutions.
Proven experience in leading developer teams to develop solutions to meet clients’ strategic goals.
Require international travel twice per year for one week on an as needed basis.
