At the corporate, data protection legal team we are responsible for a variety of legal topics. We draft and negotiate contracts, communicate with and advise internal and external stakeholders, document internal processes and adapt to the ever changing financial regulatory environment that is the basis for Raisin’s transformative business model. We take pride in an open and discursive style and strive to take a pro-active, business-oriented and solution-focused approach in our advice.
Your Responsibilities
  • Support with corporate housekeeping topics such as drafting of resolutions and corresponding with shareholders.
  • Advising stakeholders on corporate finance matters.
  • Support the company in maintaining GDPR compliance.
  • Create and improve internal processes.
Your Profile
  • Applicants should either have a Masters degree in law or a higher qualification such as first and/or second state examination (Staatsexamen) or an international equivalent.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Proficiency to work effectively in English (C1 or better) and German (B1 or better) language.
  • Capability to independently work on challenging projects.
  • Willingness to work within a team and with other teams across Raisin Group.
  • Curiosity and openness to work in previously unknown fields of law.
