(Junior) IT Audit Support Manager (m/f/d) – Group Governance

IT Audit Support as part of the Group Governance team of Raisin is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the internal and external audits of different entities of the group. This role serves as a single point of contact for IT audits, Self Assessment questionnaires or any related field of inquiries.
Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between auditors and the 1st Line Tech units to facilitate audit processes.
  • Assist IT staff in preparing for audits by gathering necessary documentation, reports, and evidence of compliance with the requirements. 
  • Schedule and coordinate audit-related meetings, prepare meeting materials, and document action items to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely access to required information.
  • Track audit issues and recommendations, providing updates on the progress of corrective actions.
  • Link relevant audit findings with the Risk Management, ensuring findings are appropriately connected to relevant risks and incorporated into risk management processes.
  • Ensure consistent quality of responses for recurring audit topics by standardizing and reviewing responses to maintain accuracy in communications.
  • Work with the compliance team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines, ensuring audit readiness.
Your Profile
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field. 
Experience
  • Familiarity with audit processes within the financial services industry
  • Understanding the 3 Lines of Defense model and risk and control practices.
  • Experience with internal and external audits and exposure to regulatory requirements or compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST) is an advantage
  • Background in coordinating cross-departmental projects or managing communications across various teams.
Skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • good knowledge of using Atlassian Tools   (JIRA/ Confluence) or ticket systems - experience with audit and risk management systems are a plus
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
