The activities of the Banking as Service Operations team span across the entire product value chain, establishing regulatory compliance as well as operational excellence in executing, monitoring and controlling projects, tasks and incidents.

Your Responsibilities

Assist with daily operational tasks across the BaaS product value chain, helping to monitor, track, and report on key processes.
Support the team in regulatory compliance activities and ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
Collaborate on the execution of various projects, gaining insights into project lifecycles and operational workflows.
Assist in creating and tracking KPIs to measure operational performance and success.
Support data monitoring efforts to ensure accuracy and timely insights.
Contribute to various data analytics projects, helping to transform data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and providing status updates on assigned tasks.

Your Profile

Currently studying a bachelors or masters degree in Germany.
Passion for fintech and a keen interest in leveraging technology and data analytics.
Strong analytical abilities, with the desire to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
Strong English skills are essential for this role, and proficiency in German at a B1-B2 level would be a perfect addition.
Desire to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
