We are a dynamic People & Culture organization operating in a matrix structure, dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment. As Team Lead People Operations, you will play a pivotal role in providing hands-on guidance and direction to our People Operations (POP) team and supporting dedicated business units on all employee matters. You will lead People Operations Managers to enhance Global People Operations and closely collaborate with HR Business Partners who are the disciplinary leaders of the People Operations Managers, driving alignment and consistency across the team.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Operational POP Processes
Lead the People Operations team, fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration.
Provide hands-on guidance and direction on processes, policies, best practices, and daily operations.
Take an active role in the day-to-day management of POP activities.
Own the centralization and standardization of Global People Processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions incl. leading initiatives to automate, and streamline People Operations, ensuring high data quality.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Serve as the direct contact for managers and employees of national and international subsidiaries, and support them throughout their entire employee lifecycle.
Support the team on operational tasks such as employment contracts, parental leave requests, and HRIS data management.
Serve as the go-to person for both German and Global People Operations, including labor law, policies, and best practices for UK.
Manage the visa process for international employees and support their successful relocation.
Ensure the delivery and quality of day-to-day Global People Operations and collaborate with HRBPs, People Analytics & Infrastructure, Legal, Payroll and Enterprise IT.
