Customer Interaction Manager B2C DACH (w/m/d)

The B2C team is the heart of Raisin, managing and operating our leading DACH platform, and focused on growing our retail customer base whilst ensuring their satisfaction and improving the general customer experience. In your role, you will be deeply involved in orchestrating and executing projects, customer acquisition, product development and performance measurement. With projects spanning across every department in the organization, you'll have an unparalleled opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our business.
Your Responsibilities
  • Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
  • Taking over responsibility for tasks and projects and ensure the delivery of necessary information via mass communications, banners, etc. to the affected customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and growth.
  • Updating and maintaining operational workflows e.g. document review which are relevant for customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (ie. Product, Tech, Marketing and Customer Service) to oversee the development of new features and ensuring a qualitative service is delivered to our customers and partners.
  • Review and improve automated communications.
  • Identifying potential improvement in customer journey and deposit-flows.
Your Profile
  • You have a degree in business, economics, finance, marketing or a related discipline.
  • You have previous experience in a similar field, ideally in the financial sector or in a tech company wrt: Project Management, Operations and/ or Customer Service.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a quick learner who enjoys tackling new challenges, can deep dive into new topics to gain the knowledge required to execute task.
  • You are analytical and proactively looking for opportunities.
  • You are a strong team player who works well with a multitude of stakeholders across various departments to execute projects.
  • You work well, have excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets and experience with BI tools like Looker is an advantage.
  • At least 1 years of prior experience in consulting, FinTech, banking and/or finance-related company or a B2B software company.
  • You are fluent in both English and German (additional foreign language is welcome).
