Our Organic Search Team, part of the Marketing Team, comprises SEO and Content specialists who work closely together to drive impactful results. We also collaborate regularly with Digital PR, part of Raisin's Communications/PR department, as well as Product teams.

Our mission is to continuously grow organic visibility and authority of our websites while optimizing user experiences across our platforms. The team focuses on developing and maintaining a robust content strategy, driven by a comprehensive SEO roadmap. Our SEO team covers a broad spectrum of tasks, from keyword research to on-page and technical SEO, working in partnership with the Product Team and other marketing channels to maximize impact.

Your Responsibilities
  • Co-create and own SEO strategy for the US market, design a comprehensive SEO roadmap focusing on technical and content that promote organic performance growth.
  • Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and holistic performance analysis, implement solutions to improve website architecture, on-page elements, crawlability, indexation, mobile performance, structured data, and other critical areas.
  • Regularly perform comprehensive keyword research, monitor the competition and search environment to uncover growth opportunities, and develop a targeted keyword strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with the content team to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and optimization workflows. Continuously monitor and analyze content performance, providing recommendations for enhancement.
  • Manage and scale content creation projects by overseeing external creative agencies to boost organic visibility and topical authority.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Looker) to meticulously track, report, and evaluate website performance and SEO effectiveness, delivering actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including web development, content, UX/UI, and marketing to successfully implement SEO strategies and projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with SEO trends, search algorithm changes, and industry trends. Proactively refine strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and manage potential risks to visibility and traffic.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO. Preferably at least 2 years of experience as in-house SEO. Experience within the Fintech/Finance industry is a big plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and domain ownership, proactive approach to SEO actions, domain’s performance and growth.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in SEO tools and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console).
  • Experience with website optimization tools and techniques, including mobile optimization and schema markup. 
  • Experience with domain and CMS migrations as well as international SEO is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable SEO success and growth.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
