As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing high-impact marketing campaigns across various markets, languages, and products. From inception to execution, you will be responsible for delivering and scaling performance marketing campaigns to drive growth and maximize conversion rates.
That means you will:
Lead, plan, and execute compelling performance marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates and enhance brand awareness in alignment with our targets.
Drive performance marketing channels to effectively support the complete consumer funnel, ensuring efficient CPA within allocated budgets.
Develop strategies for existing channels and explore new opportunities for media testing to optimise lead quality.
Collaborate with Marketing leaders to oversee media planning, asset development, implementation, measurement, and reporting for Performance Marketing efforts.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
Proven track record of delivering impactful performance marketing strategies, campaigns, and optimisations, either in an agency or client-side setting.
Excellent knowledge of ad platforms and networks, including Google (Search, Display, App and Performance Max), Microsoft Advertising (Search, MSAN), Apple Search Ads
Good/ basic knowledge of ad platforms and networks, including Native Ads (e.g. Outbrain) and Social Ads (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively communicate them to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, translating quantitative and qualitative data into effective marketing strategies.
Solid understanding of customer segmentation and its application in media planning, buying, and campaign development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A team player with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
Nice to have
Dutch language skills.
Additional technical experience with tracking technology (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adjust or other marketing-related tools).
Familiarity with Looker as a business intelligence platform
