As part of the larger Raisin Payments Group, the RSB payments team works with business partners operating Eurowide on innovative projects and business in the area of cash and non-cash payments. The team is responsible for payment processing in connection with all of the bank's payment transactions. This includes setting up and implementing business processes and controls. We offer hybrid work, our brand new Munich office is located at Spaces near Ostbahnhof.
Your Responsibilities
  • Payment Transaction Support: Assist in the capture and approval of SEPA, TARGET, and international payments with payment initiation.

  • Customer and account creation, implementation of flows, customer data management, account reconciliation. 

  • Preparation of test cases, execution and documentation.

  • Utilise advanced systems for account administration, maintenance and management. 

  • Resolve payment-related complaints efficiently through technology-driven solutions.  

  • Collaborate in bank-wide and company-wide projects, leading tech-driven optimisation initiatives. 

  • External communication with partners, outsourcers, customers, CIT’s and national banks.

Your Profile
  • Currently studying a bachelors or masters degree in Germany.

  • Passion for fintech and a keen interest in leveraging technology for payment operations.

  • Strong analytical abilities, with the desire to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.

  • Desire to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with basic tools and platforms related to payment systems is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Minimum B2 level of English and German skills.
