Das Regulatory Reporting Team ist Teil der CFO Funktion. Das Team ist für die Erstellung regulatorischer Meldungen an die Aufsichtsbehörden verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist für die eigenverantwortlich für die operative Melde Erstellung der monatlichen und quartalsweisen Meldungen an die Aufsichtsbehörden zuständig.
Hierbei stellst Du sicher, dass alle relevanten Kontrolltätigkeiten durchgeführt und dass die laufend weiterentwickelt werden.
Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten, die Systeme und Prozesse laufend weiter zu automatisieren und setzt diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data Team um.
Du überwachst Änderungen der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und bewertest den daraus folgenden Handlungsbedarf für die Prozesse, das Team und die Bank.
Über die Mitarbeit in Projekten stellst Du sicher, dass die relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen automatisiert umgesetzt werden.
Du stimmst Dich laufend mit anderen Teams zu regulatorischen Fragestellungen ab und stehst im Austausch mit Prüfern und Regulatoren.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL,Accounting oder einem vergleichbaren Feld.
Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bankwesen und hast Dir dabei ein tiefes fachliches Verständnis für die Meldeanforderungen einer voll regulierten Bank erarbeitet (COREP, FINREP, nationales statistisches Meldewesen).
Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von steuerlichen Meldungen (CRS/FATCA) sowie Meldungen nach §24c KWG sind ein großes Plus.
Du bist mit den gängigen Softwareanbietern im Meldewesen vertraut, idealerweise BAIS; SQL-Kenntnisse sind ein Vorteil.
Du bist in der Lage fachliche Änderungen in technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen damit diese von den TechTeams umgesetzt werden können.
Du hast eine sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte für verschiedene interne und externe Stakeholder aufbereiten.
Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und bist gleichzeitig gern Teil eines engagierten und jungen Teams.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Team

The Regulatory Reporting team is part of the CFO function. The department ensures that all required regulatory reportings are submitted to the authorities in time and quality.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the monthly and quarterly operational reporting to the Supervisory authorities.
You ensure that all relevant control processes are followed and continuously enhanced and improved.
You constantly review processes and initiate further automations in close collaboration with the Data team(s).
You monitor changes of the regulatory environment and derive necessary change processes for the processes, the team and the bank.
You participate in projects to ensure that relevant regulatory requirements are implemented.
You cooperate closely with other teams on regulatory matters and foster an open communication with auditors and regulators.

Your Profile

You completed your studies in economics, finance / accounting or a comparable field.
You have 5+ years of experience working in the Regulatory Reporting environment and gained deep knowledge with the central statistical and prudential reporting (COREP; FINREP; national statistical reporting).
Experience in tax statistical reporting (CRS/ FATCA) and §24c KWG reporting are a strong plus.
You are familiar with working in regulatory reporting software; BAIS would be ideal and SQL skills are an advantage.
You are able to translate functional changes into requirements a technical team can implement on.
You have a very structured work approach and can transport complex facts to different stakeholders.
You enjoy working proactively while being part of a motivated team.
You are fluent in English and German.
