The Core Product Data Insights team is a cross-functional team within the Data organization at Raisin, supporting internal data customers across all financial product domains. The team is primarily responsible for architecture, design, development and management of the data warehouse, data structures and processes required for reporting and analytics. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, reliable data solutions that drive business decisions. Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain robust and scalable data models using dbt, Airflow and Snowflake that serve as the foundation for analytics and decision-making

  • Design and develop the Looker semantic layer ensuring it delivers actionable insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs

  • Work alongside our Data Platform team and with other Data Analytics members to develop our data warehouse infrastructure

  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize data processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Your Profile
  • Bachelors in Mathematics, Computer Science or other relevant quantitative fields

  • Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience working with platforms like Snowflake

  • Expertise with data modeling and ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, DBT is a plus)

  • Proficient with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau or similar

  • Experience applying software engineering principles in your working process

  • Knowledge of data engineering best practices in data quality, observability, etc

  • Strong analytical and quantitative approach to problem-solving

  • Comfortable in dynamic and changing environment - strong inclination to take responsibility for your work

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Eagerness and hunger to learn - on the job learning
