As the Product Manager for Deposit Brokerage at Raisin you will help us to build our deposit marketplace, enabling customers to place deposits at market leading interest rates and our partner banks to collect the retail deposits they need to power their credit businesses.

As a member of our Deposits Tribe, you will be a key player in Raisin’s core business line as we continue to scale our deposits business. Reporting to the Head of Product for Deposits, you will lead a cross-functional team to enable our partners to offer deposit products across our B2C and B2B channels, along with building out the core deposit order workflows underpinning our deposit marketplace.

You will also work closely with leaders from our B2C Country channel, Business Development, Partner Bank Onboarding, Relationship Management and Deposits Operations teams.

Must haves:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience

• 6+ years total experience working on/with technology-powered products in either product or product-adjacent areas (e.g. development, operations, design)

• Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers

Should haves:

• Experience in the B2C side of a two sided marketplace product and/or eCommerce

• Experience building distributed systems / microservices

Important attributes for this role:

• You are detail-oriented, analytical in nature (ideally with a bachelor degree, or previous experience in an analytical discipline)

• You are organised and multi-threaded; happy moving multiple topics forward in parallel.
