Im Team AML werden in Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand der Bank alle Vorgaben, die zur Verhinderung der Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung sowie strafbarer Handlungen erarbeitet und aktualisiert. Die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen wird durch den Bereich AML überwacht.

Deine Aufgaben

Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Projekten (bankinternen und mit Kunden) aus AML-Sicht
Mitwirkung bei der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der Geldwäscheprävention der Bank, auch mit Blick auf die genutzten IT-Systeme
Weiterentwicklung, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation der Prozesse der Geldwäscheprävention
Durchführung von Kontrollen und Überwachungshandlungen
Überwachung der Einhaltung der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Auslagerung. Die Zuständigkeit betrifft nur die im Bereich Geldwäscheprävention ausgelagerten Bereiche
Vorbereitung und Begleitung von externen und internen Prüfungen mit AML-Bezug

Dein Profil

Du hast mehrjährige, relevante Erfahrung in der Geldwäscheprävention einer Bank oder einem Prüfungsunternehmen
Kenntnis der einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorgaben, insbesondere der FATF Empfehlungen, EBA Guidelines, GWG, KWG und BaFin AuA sowie deren wirksame Umsetzung in Organisationen. Eine juristische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
Kenntnis der einschlägigen Vorgaben für KYC- / KYB-Prozesse
Du verfügst gute analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Aufgeschlossenheit ggü. technologischen Neuerungen
Du hast hohe Integrität und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und bist gleichzeitig gern Teil eines engagierten Teams
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Team

In coordination with the Bank's Executive Board, the AML team develops and updates all guidelines for the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal offences. The implementation of the measures is monitored by the AML department.

Your Responsibilities

Participation in the planning, implementation and documentation of projects (internal bank and with clients) from an AML perspective
Contributing to the conceptual development of the bank's money laundering prevention programme, also with regard to the IT systems used
Further development, updating and documentation of money laundering prevention processes
Carrying out controls and monitoring activities
Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements in the area of outsourcing. This responsibility only applies to the outsourced areas of money laundering prevention
Preparation and monitoring of external and internal AML-related audits

Your Profile

You have several years of relevant experience in money laundering prevention at a bank or audit firm
Knowledge of the relevant legal requirements, in particular the FATF Recommendations, EBA Guidelines, GWG, KWG and BaFin AuA and their effective implementation in organisations. Legal training is an advantage
Knowledge of the relevant requirements for KYC / KYB processes
You have good analytical and conceptual skills and are open-minded towards technological innovations
You have a high level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
You show initiative and at the same time enjoy being part of a committed team
You are fluent in German and English
