Raisin is seeking a motivated Working Student to support our Finance team in handling corporate tax, VAT, and compliance matters within the dynamic FinTech sector.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing tax compliance, reporting, and documentation in Germany and internationally. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues from other Finance teams (Accounting, Controlling), giving you valuable exposure to a broader finance environment.
No prior work experience in tax is required — we welcome applications from students with understanding of tax or accounting topics gained through their studies. Students seeking for internship are welcome to apply as well.
Your Responsibilities
Support in all tax matters for Raisin SE, its subsidiaries including:
Assist in preparing and reviewing tax filings (Corporate, trade tax, VAT);
Assist with other tax compliance obligations and regulatory reporting;
Support in preparation of responses to ad-hoc general tax questions that arise in the day-to-day operational business;
Support in calculation of the income tax accrual as part of our month-end, quarterly and annual closing procedures in close coordination with our Team Lead Tax;
Support in calculation of deferred taxes (German Commercial Code and IAS 12);
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assist in implementing necessary adjustments.
