Junior Strategy Manager (f/m/d)

Festanstellung, Vollzeit · Berlin

Team
The Strategy team is at the heart of Raisin, leading a variety of complex strategic projects. In your role, you will be deeply involved in orchestrating and executing highly complex projects. With projects touching every department in the organization, you'll have an unparalleled opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our business.
Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Strategy Manager, you will be part of the Strategy team supporting cross-functional projects and senior leadership initiatives. This role is designed as a learning-intensive, high-exposure entry point into the world of strategy, ideal for someone eager to build hands-on experience in solving business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Strategy Managers and other stakeholders across departments, helping to prepare analyses, facilitate project work-streams, and support the company’s most critical initiatives — from growth projects and operational improvements to cross-team coordination and executive communication.

Your day-to-day work will involve:
  • Support Strategy Managers in scoping and coordinating projects, including preparing timelines, tracking milestones, and following up with stakeholders.
  • Conduct desk research, benchmark studies, and light analysis to inform strategic discussions.
  • Help prepare and structure presentations, memos, and reports for internal meetings and senior leadership reviews.
  • Assist with the coordination of strategic planning and performance tracking (e.g. OKRs, KPIs, progress updates).
  • Participate in and help document project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder check-ins.
  • Maintain structured documentation and ensure proper follow-through on action items.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this role if:
  • You have a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have gained initial experience (e.g. internships or working student roles) in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or similar analytical environments.
  • You are highly analytical, enjoy working with numbers, and are confident using Excel or Google Sheets — for example, building simple business cases or models.
  • You are a clear communicator and can distill information in a structured, concise way, especially in slide decks or reports.
  • You are eager to learn quickly, dive into new topics, and contribute to high-impact projects even when the topic is unfamiliar.
  • You work well with others, bring emotional intelligence (EQ) to teamwork, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • You are organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of your work, even on smaller work-streams.
  • You are proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides, and ideally curious about tools like Looker or other BI platforms (prior experience is a plus but not required).
  • You have excellent English skills (C1 or above), German is a plus but not required.
