The BaaS Ops team seeks to ensure an efficient and smooth operation of the BaaS product suite. WeltSparen/Raisin is the most notable and important BaaS cooperation for Raisin Bank, however we also seek to our partner base and leverage our existing processes and infrastructure.
The activities of the BaaS Operations team span across the entire product value chain, establishing regulatory compliance as well as operational excellence in executing, monitoring and controlling projects, tasks and incidents.
Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic monitoring and reporting initiatives. Your main focus will be on translating complex business requirements into actionable data insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to banking and financial operations.
Develop and maintain Looker dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Assist in extracting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources for analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare concise presentations of findings.
Proactively identify data inconsistencies or insights that could improve business outcomes.
