Our international hybrid team of highly skilled professionals wants to welcome you to an exciting and rewarding work environment. The talented members of this team will be expected to grow into taking on new challenges as the U.S. business grows and more opportunities become available.
Your Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role requiring coming to our Lehi office 3 days per week. Some of the responsibilities for this role includes:
  • Becoming an expert: Dive into our platform, business model, and systems to provide best-in-class support.
  • Deliver exceptional service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support core operations: Handle deposit and payment-related queries with accuracy and care.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with other departments to address challenges and improve the customer experience.
  • Engage with continuous learning: Participate in training to grow your knowledge and develop within the company.
Your Profile
  • Industry interest: You are curious about financial services or fintech and excited to grow your knowledge
  • Education: You have a high school diploma; a degree in business administration, finance, or another another area of generalized study is a plus
  • Experience: You have 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or a call center environment
  • Communication skills: You are a clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Customer orientation: You genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering great service
  • Technical skills: You are comfortable navigating on a desktop or laptop computer and using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. You're quick to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Attention to detail: You are organized, thorough, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Teamwork: You enjoy working with others and thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment
  • Problem-solving: You think on your feet, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy finding creative solutions
  • Language skills: You speak English fluently; Spanish is a plus.
