Your Responsibilities
  • Independent oversight and management of key commercial projects that require technical, regulatory and business input. It is critical that the project manager can not only fulfil the project governance aspect, but can also quickly gain an understanding of the Raisin business that will further enhance the progress and successful delivery of all projects
  • Directing large and complex projects that involve stakeholders both internally and externally, including technical implementations
  • Facilitating collaboration between the commercial, regulatory and technology functions whilst driving projects to successful completion having well-planned, timely and prioritised impact on customers and partners
  • Supporting delivery of items themselves where appropriate (essential in a small business environment)
  • You will take direct responsibility for project planning, controlling progress, identifying and resolving risks and issues, managing budget/scope/schedule, and ensuring compliance with all related governance and reporting processes
  • Identifying all dependencies and gaps, tracking the program portfolio, reporting potential delays, and  ensuring that full risk and issue management processes are adhered to at every stage
  • Driving process optimisation at every opportunity
  • Implement a full reporting schedule that invests in transparency, keeping all stakeholders and the wider project team fully informed 
  • Being the connective tissue that binds the teams and their stakeholders, and eventually becoming responsible for broader release management
  • Preparation of project reports including status reports and project dashboards, in conjunction with tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio
Your Profile
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a business or tech related field
  • You are a team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Proven track record of solely managing multiple and complex projects to a successful completion
  • Experience leading the communication channels with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Strong knowledge of business and IT change - Financial Services (FinTech) regulation a bonus
  • Past experience working on technology implementations in a fast moving environment
  • Proven experience of being the sole person fully responsible for project management within a defined area
  • Experience managing projects using software such as Jira, Confluence and Slack or similar tools 
  • Recognised qualification in project management i.e. Prince2, PMP

Currently, our team is working remotely during the Covid19 pandemic and we have adapted our team activities as well as our engagement with our Berlin head office to virtual formats.
