Relationship Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • Working with key external stakeholders to maintain and grow key strategic relationships with both Distribution and bank partners. 
  • Forward planning of accounts to achieve partner objectives, preparing progress reports, setting up and managing strategic review meetings. If we say something will be done - then ownership to ensure that it is, is absolutely essential in this role
  • Engaging and working closely with internal stakeholders, to explore and challenge new ways of working.
  • Strategic account management, successfully managing a range of external stakeholders, including at a senior level
  • Understanding partner commercial objectives, turning these into campaign KPIs and managing the client services team to deliver these 
  • Communicate and present ideas, with confidence communicating face to face and in writing with partners
  • Delivering key online performance metrics
Your Profile
  • In depth knowledge of developing partnerships within a comparable industry. Demonstrable experience of successfully managing client relationships and delivering organic growth.
  • Outstanding ‘people’ skills. Demonstrable ability to listen, build rapport, work collaboratively and communicate persuasively with people of different backgrounds. 
  • Ability to write and speak messages that are clear, accurate, convincing and inspiring.  An appreciation of how to use different media to best effect with different audiences. Ability to speak confidently in public at individual or group level.
  • Ability to take a strategic view.  Fluency in presenting and defending a case, with clarity of analysis, expression and reasoned argument.  Able to take on board the views of others.
  • The vision, energy, ability and drive to inspire and motivate others and to ensure that the strategy is brought to life and implemented effectively
  • The ability to adapt to new situations and address problems from new perspectives. Solution-minded in approach.
  • Attention to detail, deadlines and budgets; persistence in following through multiple extended projects. understanding of the “measures that matter”.
  • An understanding of, and belief in the aims and ethos of Raisin UK, with a desire to be part of a company growth story in a start-up environment.
  • An understanding of different personalities, and the ability to take a different approach in building relationships by utilising different strategies and methods to suit. 
  • Significant experience gained in an appropriate client-facing role in a digital services environment
