Strategic Project Lead (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
As our Strategic Project Lead you will be responsible for supporting key initiatives in our rapidly growing company. Unlike a typical corporate strategy function, your role will be responsible not just for scoping initiatives but also on delivering them. You will closely collaborate with many stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure success of our strategic projects. These include business unit transformations, integrations and cross-functional projects.

Your day-to-day work will involve:
  • Assisting with the development and execution of the overall strategy 
  • Defining and executing the overall project/program management agenda
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement or innovation and 
  • Leading and delivering the implementation of large-scale projects and transformations
  • Supporting the management team in ensuring business unit strategies are aligned with the overall strategy and priorities and facilitating performance management processes
Your Profile
  • You have a degree in business, economics, finance or a related discipline
  • You have experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate development (ideally 4+ years of experience)
  • You have led multiple projects and/or (business unit) transformations involving many stakeholders/ cross-functional teams
  • You have strong EQ and are a natural leader who can work seamlessly with others to drive successful outcomes
  • You are analytical with a strong consulting toolkit 
  • You have strong project management skills - you can orchestrate large projects, anticipate required next steps and align stakeholders
  • You are a strong communicator with an ability to synthesize and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • You are a quick learner who enjoys tackling new challenges and can deep dive into new topics to gain the knowledge required to effectively lead projects
  • You are a strong team player who works well with a wide range of stakeholders but can also drive and execute projects independently
  • You are fluent in English and German
