(Senior) Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Team Finance includes two sub-teams - accounting and controlling. In addition, the finance team collaborates very closely with a dedicated ERP team. The open position is part of the controlling team, which is responsible for budgeting/planning, controlling/analysis and reporting related to internal as well as external stakeholders. Controlling directly reports into VP Finance as part of Raisin's Senior Management Team.

  • Preparing monthly financial reporting including relevant business KPIs
  • Preparing annual consolidated financial statements according to IFRS (notes reporting)
  • Maintaining of the group-wide financial structure based reporting system and cross-charging of the services within the Raisin-Group according to the transfer pricing system as well as completion of the transfer pricing documentation
  • Managing the budgeting process
  • Evaluating internal financial processes and internal control systems
  • Coordinating capitalisation projects for internally developed IT products 
  • Managing all bonus compensation activities including evaluation of efficiency of bonus campaigns
  • Managing liquidity & cash reporting
Your Profile
  • Business, finance or accounting degree
  • 5+ years experience in finance, for example within financial control, managerial accounting or other finance department positions
  • Deep understanding of Local GAAP accounting standards and IFRS (preferable but not a must)
  • Naturally good at understanding and deciphering numerical data
  • Have a strategic mindset and be able to oversee operations of different departments and projects
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferable)
  • Fluent in English (minimum requirement) as well as good knowledge of German language
  • Structured and independent approach to work
