The product teams are composed of a product owner, one or multiple business analysts, software engineers and additional cross functional roles as required for the team to be truly autonomous. As a Software Engineer at Raisin Bank, you will use your skills in cloud service architecture and API integration to create "Bank as a Service" products that delight our B2B FinTech customers. With the approach "we build it, we own it" you will ensure together with the team that we are the optimal long-term partner for Europe's fintechs and banks.

Your Responsibilities
  • You develop our internal and external services (RESTful) and optimize the automation of our IT processes
  • You accompany the delivered products together with your team in all life phases
  • Together with the product owner and other software engineers, you continuously develop our services in agile development cycles
  • In direct cooperation with our CTO you support the continuous improvement of our development, documentation and quality assurance processes
  • Using state of the art tools from AWS, you will help us make service performance measurable and monitorable
Your Profile
  • You see software engineering and FinTech as your next long-term career move
  • You like to work in a dynamic and flexible environment, appreciate a strong team and feedback culture and enjoy turning the conservative banking world upside down together with us.
  • You are excited to work hands on as a developer on our "Banking as a Service" products
  • You were able to gain at least two years of professional experience in software engineering
  • You have experience working with agile software development teams
  • You are experienced with JavaScript in Node.js and ideally also already have experience in TypeScript
  • You are familiar with serverless AWS services such as API Gateway Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3
  • You are an excellent team player with fluent communication skills in German and English
