Global Head of Enterprise IT (f/m/d)

  1. Execution of big scale organization wide projects to improve our enterprise IT landscape (e.g enterprise identity management via Okta) 

  2. User provisioning, management access rights, onboarding    

  3. Network infrastructure, Endpoint Protection

Your Responsibilities
  • You will ensure the global enterprise IT strategy and vision is efficiently communicated and effectively executed

  • You organize priorities and strategic de-scoping to achieve rapid feedback cycles by owning and managing your roadmap and product backlog

  • Oversee and lead Raisin’s global enterprise IT future

  • Identify automation opportunities and lead their planning and execution

  • Negotiate with and manage vendors (e.g Slack, Apple, Google)

  • Develop and manage Raisin’s enterprise identity management

  • Administration of SaaS services like Gitlab, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Automox etc.

  • Manage and automate processes on personal IT infrastructure (laptops etc.) distributed across multiple national and international locations

  • Take care of our office IT infrastructure globally

  • Create and maintain documentation

  • Collaboration on various projects

Your Profile
  • Enthusiast Techie with at least three years of leadership experience 

  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams

  • Hands-on leader, not only managing but actively participating in the doing

  • Passion for understanding both technology and user-experience combined with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Analytical skills providing good sense of priority

  • Excellent communication skills (e.g stakeholder communications)

  • Experience in software deployment and patch management

  • You have significant knowledge in technical project management of software projects

  • Experience in SaaS and Cloud-Systems e.g. AWS

  • Service oriented and a team player

  • Familiarity with agile project management of software projects

  • Experience with managing a global enterprise IT set-up

  • Fintech background is a plus.

  • High aptitude to understand complex assignments, analyze problems and draft solutions

  • Product/roadmap management experience in a technical environment, ideally a Start-up or Growth-stage company using agile development methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)

  • Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience in client administration MacOS/Microsoft/Linux

  • Knowledge of network (IPv4/IPv6/switches/router/firewall/VPN)
