  • Information Security Team at Raisin enable Raisin business to mitigate information security risks

  • You will work in line with a defined internal control system at Raisin to protect infrastructure, data and assets within Raisin.

  • Design and implement secure enterprise processes

  • Identify and remediate security gaps using industry best practices and automated solutions.

  • Provide advice on security best practices, and guide teams in developing, adopting and enforcing security standards within the organization.

  • Support in ISAE 3402 audits and define policies in line with ISO 27002. 

  • Perform periodic reviews, audits and gap assessments

  • Align and manage Security Risks in line with organisation Risk Management Process

  • Build out Compliance automation evaluating and deploying third party and open source projects

  • Participate in external and internal audits and bring them to successful completion.

  • Support in due diligence process to onboard new business in Raisin

Your Responsibilities
  • You support the Information Security Governance & Compliance in the implementation and further development of the Compliance Management Program

  • In addition, you will assist in the creation of guidelines, process documentation and analyses and contribute to the organization and management of a compliance reporting system (incl. KPIs)

  • In addition, you will support the creation of compliance training concepts and assist in their organization and implementation

  • You create and update presentations, trainings, templates, etc. and drive through our Security awareness tool

  • Support in Automating access reviews and conduct access reviews for different systems

  • Generate reports and evidences for Due Diligence and audits

  • Support in Internal and external audits

Your Profile

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 6 – max. 12  months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

  • Enrolled (Master) student (m/f/d) of business law, business administration or a comparable course of study

  • Interest in Risk & Compliance topics 

  • You work independently and goal-oriented and have a strong customer and service orientation

  • You have some previous experience in the Risk & Compliance area as a working student or an intern 

  • Written and verbal communication skills are a matter of course for you

  • You communicate openly, enjoy working in a team and have an empathetic demeanor

  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and very good English skills are a prerequisite
